Expert centre of the Russian consumers Union “Roskontrol” conducted a study of spaghetti and called it the most useful. The results of the study came to the editors”.ru”.
In General, the researchers checked the spaghetti seven brands Makfa, Shebekinskiy, Gallina Blanca, “Rollton” (plain spaghetti and egg), Pasta Zara, “Extra M”, “OK”. Best researchers have named the pasta “Shebekino”.
Experts said that the pasta “Rollton egg” and “Ekstra M” refer to spaghetti made from soft wheat varieties, therefore, the faster will fall apart. The same can happen with spaghetti “Fine”, which contain a significant admixture of soft wheat. The rest of the pasta products are durum wheat and is best suited for a healthy diet, according to the study.
According to “Roskontrol” pasta “Shebekino” have cracks on the surface, and spaghetti Gallina Blanca, the usual “Rollton”, Pasta zara, “Ekstra M” turned out to be sticky after boiling. Found that all analyzed samples are safe for consumption. However, in spaghetti Gallina Blanca found a high enough content of phosphate salts, which may indicate the presence in the composition is not specified in the marking of phosphates.
