Officially employed staff proposed to allow to work remotely. This “news” told in the Ministry of labor.
A proposal was sent to Agency representatives of the Russian popular front (onf). Under current law, Russians can perform their job duties on a permanent basis either from the office or remotely.
The author of the initiative the co-chair of the Central headquarters of the popular front Alexey Komissarov said that in the practice of modern labor relations there are often situations in which the employee, it is advisable to carry out their work without coming to office. It is expected that the employee will be able to work from home in case the need arose, for example, congestion or personal circumstances.
After amending Chapter 16 of the Labour code of the Russian Federation (“Mode-time”) employees will have the opportunity to spend some time outside their workplace, as it will be the definition of “temporary remote work”. Currently, such situations are regulated by oral agreements, but in the case of bad faith of the employer, the employee can issue a truancy and subsequently fired.
In July, the Russians, the Russians called the best country to work remotely. According to the survey, the majority of respondents would prefer to live in Italy (20 per cent), Spain (17 per cent) or Thailand (10 percent). These countries attract them for its climate, sea and the constant presence of fruits and vegetables.
