Verkhovna Rada Deputy Eugene Moore said that the infrastructure of the Ukraine mostly comprises of built in Soviet times. About this he wrote on his page in Facebook.
“When I travel around the country and are not only in large regional centers, you realize that Ukrainian city to live in the distant Soviet past,” — said Moore, noting that the share of Soviet buildings in Ukraine accounts for 90 percent of the total.
He also expressed regret that the construction of the post-Soviet era to be proud of does not work, because they were “only words and in the imagination of the current Ministers, or appear in the investigations”. And luxury buildings, in his opinion, help to legalize ill-gotten gains and do not solve the housing problem, as inaccessible to the majority of Ukrainians.
Previously, experts said that in September, the developers will raise the price tags on built in Ukraine apartments. Prior to that, the State statistics service of Ukraine reported on the increase in the average cost of housing in the primary real estate market in the country.
