Nizhny Novgorod Opera and ballet theatre of a name of Pushkin will present in Kostroma on Tuesday, August 13, Opera by Mikhail Glinka “life for the Tsar”. About it reported in a press-service of the regional administration, reports TASS.
According to the interlocutor of the Agency, the event will take place in the center of the Susaninskaya square, where a fire tower in front of a stage.
It is known that in the play, which was directed by Vadim Milkov-the performance will feature soloists of the Opera and ballet theatre choir and orchestra under the direction of Renata Zhiganshina. In particular, the main roles will be performed by Mikhail Naumov, Vera Kharitonov, Sergei Perminov, Olga Borisova, Viktor Ryauzov.
It is noted that the show was scheduled in connection with the 75th anniversary of the Kostroma region. The Opera tells of the heroism of the local peasant Ivan Susanin, who in 1613 during the Russo-Polish war was deliberately brought into the swamp and poles perished with them.
The initiative is being implemented under the national project “Culture”, for which a dedicated 113,5 billion. It includes three Federal programs: “Cultural environment”, “Creative people”, “Digital culture”. In accordance with the purposes of the project until 2024 will be equipped art schools and schools of musical instruments, equipment and instructional materials, creation and overhaul of cultural and leisure facilities in rural areas, acquisition of mobile multifunctional cultural centers for the maintenance of the rural population, digitization of film content on digital media of the Gosfilmofond of Russia, as well as create virtual concert halls.
