In the Bryansk region, local authorities decided to get rid of lines in local clinics, while protecting the rights of patients within the national project “Health”. To execute it will be spent 250 million rubles. This according to “Bryansk news” on Wednesday, August 14.
According to the publication, due to the Federal project “the Development of primary health care” in the region it is planned to make medical care available to residents of the most remote communities. So, the waiting time of patients in the queues will be significantly reduced, and the process of appointment is planning to simplify.
In addition, it is noted that the region will repair more than forty medical and obstetrical stations and build three new ones. In remote communities with populations of less than hundreds of people will be mobile systems: two mobile first-aid Station and as many mammograms and fluorographs.
So, thanks to the national project in the region twice will increase the number of local residents who will undergo preventive medical examinations. It is planned that by 2024 the examination will be held in the area of 807 inhabitants.
Only the national project “Health” plan to spend more than 1.7 trillion rubles. The project, in particular, involves efforts to reduce mortality from cardiovascular disease and re-equipment with modern medical equipment 140 vascular centers and primary vascular 469 offices. Another aim of the project is to increase average life expectancy to 78 years. The curator of the national project is assigned to Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova, the head — Minister of health Veronika Skvortsova.
