In Petrozavodsk (Republic of Karelia) a guard beat a child for the stolen sausage. His mother noticed the bruises and called the police. About it reports “Capital on Onega”.
According to the publication, the incident occurred on 7 August in one of the shops on the Moscow streets. According to the mother of the victim, her 11-year-old son tried to steal a sausage with the submission of senior friends. The store clerk by the collar, dragged the teenager into the store and called the staff of chop. Those first searched child, then one of them called him to the toilet, “to talk”.
“I began to choke with one hand by the throat, so that the child couldn’t scream, the second was beaten on the head and struck several blows in the stomach. The child fell on the floor, he was lifted and then was beaten”, — said the mother of the victim.
After that, the guard gave the boy arrived at the police, and they called the mother of the child to the Department. The woman noticed that her son’s chin rubbed raw, “he was all red and was breathing heavily”. According to her, doctors have recorded the marks of attempted strangulation on the neck of the boy and the bruises on his temples and cheeks.
In the regional Department of the MIA of Russia, the newspaper reported that on this fact an inspection is carried out.
Earlier Wednesday was named the regions where most recorded cases of ill-treatment of children. So, last year in the Perm region has recorded 159 cases of ill-treatment of children in the Arkhangelsk region and Krasnodar Krai — 55 cases in the Orenburg region — 53 cases in Kirov region — 46 cases.
