Termination of the Contract on liquidation of rockets of average and small range (the INF Treaty) allows Russia to create aviation ground-based version of the complex “Dagger”, writes “Military-industrial courier”.

The INF Treaty signed by the Soviet Union and the United States in December 1987, was terminated on 2 August.
In February the Minister of defence of Russia Sergey Shoigu said that the ground version of the complex “Caliber” sea-based cruise missile long range missile and ground complex will be developed during 2019-2020.
