From August 19 restrictions for natural persons for the transportation of certain products in Luggage across the border.
The restrictions apply to regulated products. In particular, in Luggage and carry-on baggage passengers can bring into the country five kilos of fruits and vegetables. For larger amounts you will need to obtain a phytosanitary certificate. In his absence the products either return or destroy at the expense of the owner.
It is clarified that the list includes legumes, nuts, vegetables, all kinds of bulbs, tubers. Restrictions also apply to Christmas trees and conifer branches.
Also limiting the import into Russia of flower bouquets. By the new rules, the passenger of any mode of transport will be able to cross the border with up to three bouquets, each of them may be not more than 15 flowers, leaves, or other parts of plants.
The rules will be extended to all types of transport including water, air, rail and road transport.
