President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has called the absence of oligarchs, which “rule” the country, the main achievement of the Republic. The corresponding statement was made Belarusian leader at a meeting on the issue of quality of law enforcement, BelTA reports.
“We do not allow thugs and criminals to divide the country into parts to protect these parts of the disease on our people,” — said the head of state. According to Lukashenko, this was achieved thanks to the policy pursued by the government, and the work of law enforcement. The President also noted that the Belarusian society does not live in a vacuum and see what is happening in other countries.
Separately, the Belarusian leader noted the importance of this meeting with the power unit, which, he added, must be “historical”, since it includes people that affect the independence, sovereignty and stability of the country. Law enforcement officers, the head of state also assured that the situation will change for the better.
In February 2019 Lukashenka said that the main achievement of Belarus is the sovereignty and independence of the country. “And I’m proud and glad I am the first President of a sovereign country. And what we created together,” he said. The President stressed that if the situation in the state is destabilized, then the Republic again “will go under the whip”.
