This is stated in the recommendations of the experts of the Ministry of health of Russia, reports RIA Novosti.
In order to overcome stress, it is recommended to sleep every day to take a little time for relaxation and alternate the intense work with rest. In addition, experts advise to practice yoga, meditation regularly to experience nature as well as doing physical activity, including those associated with water. However, they do not recommend to use tobacco or alcohol.
In dealing with stress will also help eating right. Experts recommend not to eat on the go and eat during the holidays. They also advise to eat dark chocolate, nuts, bananas and ginger — it will help to lighten the mood.
The experts noted that irritability and short temper can become sources of disease. “Friendly facial expression and smile will improve your mood and attitude of others towards you”, — stated in the recommendations.
Earlier, the Ministry of health offered to employers to introduce to the staff FizKult breaks for exercise in the workplace. Such events are encouraged to carry out at least once a day, they aim to relieve stress, reduce fatigue and prevent occupational injuries.
