Power of the Udmurt Republic are about to exceed key target of the national project on development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), achieving rapid growth in the share of this sector in the gross regional product (GRP). Writes about this TASS with reference to the head of the Republic Alexander Brechalov.
He noted that the region already has the necessary infrastructure works for supporting business. “Russia needs to fulfill and exceed these challenges [to raise the SME share in GRP], because in Economics we have a huge niche [for small business]. And baseline, I can’t make,” — said the head of the region.
According to Brechalov, his position is that the goals specified in the national projects, especially economic, are the minimum bar.
Russia in the framework of the national project has set a goal to increase the number of employed in small and medium enterprises, including individual entrepreneurs, to 25 million people by the end of 2024.
