The demand for new buildings of New Moscow for the month fell by 39 percent. This is stated in the materials of the analysts of the company Est-a-Tet (is at the disposal “of the Tape.ru”).
According to statistics, the company in July 2019, the New Moscow has sold just over 1.4 thousand units of housing a total area of 70.7 thousand square meters. This is respectively by 38.9 and 39 percent less than in June. Nearly 100 percent of those sales (1.4 thousand lots 69.9 thousand “squares”) were in the Novomoskovsk district.
Relative to July 2018 sales of primary housing in these areas was lower to 50.8% in lots and on a 45.5 — in square metres. Market analysts attributed the collapse of demand with the shortage of affordable and quality locations. “Liquid offer quickly “washed”, and in the sale remain expensive items that are of interest to a narrower audience of buyers,” — commented the Director of the Department of project consulting Est-a-Tet novel Rodiontsev.
As noted in the company, the maximum demand in the New Moscow are the new buildings comfort class, the most popular among buyers type of housing — two-bedroom apartments or apartment.
Informed about the growth of housing prices in New Moscow, reported in the company “MIEL”: according to statistics from the realtors, by August 2019, the average price per square meter in the market of New buildings of Moscow reached 124 thousand rubles. Thus, a year of new buildings in these areas went up by 18 percent.
