Residents of Yekaterinburg, Saratov and Bryansk stronger than other Russian citizens want to move to permanent residence in another locality. This was reported on the website of the company Zoom Market, which conducted a study in August 2019.

The survey involved approximately three thousand respondents from 25 regional centers. As the most desirable place for the relocation of the majority — 68 percent — of respondents chose Moscow. In second place was St. Petersburg (13%), the third went to Sochi (six percent), the fourth — Simferopol (four percent), and the fifth with one percent of the votes took Gelendzhik.
In the spring of 2019, the analysts conducted a survey with the same sample, finding out the attitude of residents of large cities to the Muscovites. The study showed, least of all Moscow and its inhabitants are pretty Yekaterinburg, St Petersburg and Kazan.
