Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he considers the most beautiful place in Russia, Kamchatka. About it reports TASS.
Putin called the Peninsula diamond and admitted that he had not seen in the world nothing more beautiful than Kamchatka. The President promised to support Russia’s only Museum of volcanoes “Vulcanian”, which is engaged in charitable activities.
The founder of the Museum Sergei Samoilenko in the East economic forum said that the Museum needs Federal support because social projects are often not profitable. Putin thanked him for important public activities and said that the Department prepare a list of activities in this area, which will receive special support. The President also promised to discuss the issue with specialists of the Russian geographical society.
The fifth international economic forum is held in Vladivostok at the site of the far Eastern Federal University from 4 to 6 September.
