Serious complaints of violations in the day of silence before elections in Russia were reported. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Central election Commission Nikolai Bulaev, reports TASS.
The “day of silence was held in complete tranquility. I think candidates and parties have calmed down, at least from what we saw on the hotline, I didn’t see anything that would need immediately to respond,” he said.
