Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed the order about the termination of the normative acts of the USSR and the RSFSR within the framework of the “regulatory guillotine” from January 1, 2020. The Chairman of the government said during the program “Dialogue” on TV channel “Russia 24”.

In February, Medvedev said that Russia has more than nine thousands of regulations, many of which exist since the Soviet times. The mechanism of “regulatory guillotine” provides an extensive review and revision of existing normative-legal acts with the aim of reducing preventing the development of business laws.
