Prisoners of the Moscow jail “Butyrka” was transferred to one of the abandoned towers of the insulator according to their personal request. This was stated by the official representative of the Prosecutor General Alexander Kurennoy, reports TASS.

According to him, the prisoners had a bad relationship with the inmates, which they asked the head of the detention center to find them another room. “It’s kind of an educational measure, punitive, it was a preventive measure, at their request, aimed at preventing possible unrest,” said Kurennoy.
