It is noted that the initiator of the installation were local authorities. It is known that the work of the artist, as well as materials, delivery and installation of the sculpture from the city budget was allocated to 94 thousand rubles.
As said the representative of the city administration, such a figure “is impossible not to notice on the road.” “Her task is to remind motorists about how precious life is. The roadway on the Avenue renovated and many have a temptation to accelerate as it should”, — he explained.

City traffic police then conducted a campaign called “Speed of death”, is aimed at improving road safety. In the re-enactment was attended by students of educational institutions.
