The President of Russia Vladimir Putin in the course of drone attacks on oil objects in Saudi Arabia. This was reported by the Kremlin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, reports TASS.

According to him, such events are unsettling for the oil market. “Of course, any such turbulence does not contribute to the stabilization of the energy market”, — he explained.

The press Secretary also added that the Saudi authorities have not appealed for help to Russia after the incident. “‘t know if they need help. It is unlikely,” — said Peskov, noting that the state itself has “all necessary opportunities”.

Earlier on Sunday it became known that Saudi Arabia is two times reduced oil production. Aramco was forced to cut production at 5.7 million barrels per day.

About the fire at the national oil company, Saudi Aramco became known on the morning of September 14. According to official data, the fire occurred due to drone attacks, the responsibility for the attack was claimed by the Yemeni Houthi rebels.
