The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadim pristayko said that the authorities are preparing a package of proposals to facilitate the lives of people living on the uncontrolled territories of Kiev Donbass. He declared it on a press-conferences of the forum YES (Yalta European strategy), reports Hromadske.
“We are ready to simplify life to people, it needs opportunities, so that people listened to radio and watched television,” he said.
Pristayko said that it is, in particular, on the restoration of the bridge in the village of Lugansk and disengagement of troops in the area. According to the Minister, the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky want to finally resolve the conflict in the Donbass.

In particular, we are talking about a simplified crossing of the “gray zone”, the logistics centers on the checkpoints, simplified procedure of obtaining the first Ukrainian passports and pensions.
Earlier in September, Pristayko called “thaw” the current relations between Ukraine and Russia. According to him, both sides are seeking a compromise on the issue of restoration of peace.
Relations between Russia and Ukraine escalated in 2014 after the change of power in Kiev. The Ukrainian side believes that Moscow is responsible for the armed conflict in the South-East of the country, as well as for the referendum in the Crimea, after which the Peninsula became part of Russia. The Kremlin denies all charges.
