The average Russian family spends on housing and communal services (HCS) 9.6% extended family earnings, or about 4.4 thousand rubles per month. More residents of other regions have to pay for the “communal” residents of Kamchatka, according to the ranking of RIA Novosti.
According to analysts, in Kamchatka such expenses as payment for utility services, eating up 15 percent of the family budget, or more than 9.7 thousand rubles per month. Also spend a lot on “communal” in the Magadan region (14 percent of the budget) and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous district (13.5 percent). In both regions the monthly payment for ZHKU exceeds 8 thousand rubles.
Least of all in turn pay in Dagestan (4.6 percent of the family budget, or 2.4 thousand rubles per month). Low indicators in Ingushetia (4.8%), Khakassia and Tatarstan (7.1 percent), Chechnya (7.2%) and Transbaikalia (7.3%). In Moscow at HCS spend 8 percent of earnings, or about 6.5 thousand rubles per month.
Experts explain the position of the regions in ranking the influence of various factors is the level of tariffs, the income level of residents in a given subject of the Russian Federation, the share of the population living in apartments, as well as natural and geographical reasons.
Earlier it was reported that in the first quarter of 2019 debt of Russians for housing and communal services amounted to 564,5 billion. Compared to the same period last year the debt increased by 28.7 billion. Most individuals owe for heat — 146,4 billion.
