The official representative the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia Maria Zakharova accused the cinema and computer games in the formation of a light-hearted attitude to nuclear war. She told about it in interview to the channel “Defrocked”.

The diplomat stressed that the risk of nuclear war has increased greatly due to the fact that the United States many years deliberately and aggressively “demolish the system of strategic stability.” In an example she cited an agreement with Iran (a Joint comprehensive plan of action (SVPD)), which Washington refused to comply.

Zakharov then turned to the Western “soft power”, which creates the wrong attitude of consumers to a nuclear war. In her opinion, the film industry is built on “the irresponsible attitude” when the world always survives after a disaster.

The foreign Ministry spokesman recalled that video games began with the confrontation between human creatures: “right Now computer games directly distribute the roles between countries and peoples. (…) It is very dangerous.” Zakharov believes that the developers are doing it consciously, with game ban, in her opinion, not worth it. She doubted that someone calculates the consequences of such games.

September 12, Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that at the present time, there is the risk of nuclear war, even when countries don’t want to untie it. He pointed out that the actions of Western countries become more emotional and aggressive: they refuse to debate and undermine the architecture of arms control, which is dangerous and irresponsible.

The contract AGREEMENT Iran signed in the summer of 2015 between Tehran and the sextet of mediators — Russia, the United States, Britain, China, France, Germany. In early may of 2018, the American President Donald trump announced the unilateral withdrawal of Washington from the transaction and the resumption of the anti-Iran sanctions.
