The tumor has damaged the jaw of the young man from the Chinese city of Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, who avoided dentists. It is reported AsiaOne.
15-year-old boy more than a year suffered a toothache and had not appealed to the dentist. Over time it became so strong that the family had to take him to the hospital.
The CT scan showed that his teeth ached from ameloblastoma — benign tumor that affected his lower jaw. While the young man lingered in the bones there were numerous injuries, including a large hole.
To remove the tumor and restore a damaged jaw, needed surgery. Relatives of the man expect that he will fully recover.
In 2018, it was reported that in the lower jaw, the Philippine Builder grew ameloblastoma, which is comparable in size to his skull. He believes that his troubles began with the injury, which he received in his youth while playing basketball.
