Russia wants to change the rules of the leave and allow the application in electronic form. The initiative of digitalization of the employment relationship in June submitted to the state Duma a group of 30 deputies, RIA Novosti reported.
Parliamentarians have proposed to add to the Labour code a provision that the employee and the employer can transfer the “important legal message” (these include, for example, refers to the modification or termination of the contract), not only in physical but also in electronic form.
The document States that the act shall come into force on 1 October 2019, however, this is unlikely, as not even the date of the first reading. Deputy gadzhimet Safaraliev, which is one of the bill’s authors, said that more than likely the timing of the adoption of the law — not before the new year, writes owned by Grigory Berezkin RBC.
According to him, currently Russia is the digitalization and the future of labor issues will be resolved differently. Safaraliev, in particular, has reminded that now the Russians do not need to apply for travel business trip.
Earlier it was reported that in Russia in the test mode can implement four-day work week on 266 enterprises of small and medium-sized businesses from 30 regions of Russia. We are talking about companies included in the national project to improve productivity.
