On 16 September it became known that Kim Jong-UN invited trump to Pyongyang. In the message Kim Jong UN invited the American leader to resume talks between the two countries.
Previous talks between the two leaders held on 27 and 28 February 2019 in the capital of Vietnam Hanoi and ended two hours ahead of time. According to its results, the parties have not reached concrete agreements and has not signed the joint statement. Trump said that he hoped for further cooperation and believe the promises of his colleagues on nuclear disarmament.
