The inhabitants of the Crimea will be able to withdraw cash with Bank cards at the cash desks of shops. This “Izvestia” said the head of consumer protection of the Central Bank Mikhail Mamuta.
According to him, the launch date of services in the region will depend on the willingness of banks that participate in the experiment to increase financial inclusion. Crimea has developed a special roadmap of the experiment.

Now in Crimea there are seven banks: “Sevastopol Marine Bank, black sea development Bank and reconstruction”, “Russian national commercial Bank” (RNCB), GenBank and “Industrial Savings Bank”. They are under sanctions.
