Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov declined to comment on the idea of a business Ombudsman Boris Titov on the creation of a blacklist of judges. It is reported by TASS on Thursday, September 19.
Reporters asked the representative of the Kremlin, would have been useful in Russia such a practice.
Earlier on September 18 Titov on his page in Facebook wrote about the intention to create such a black list based on analysis of court decisions. According to Titov, for this to be a special Advisory group that will assess the decision of the judges.
“It is clear that the illegality of the court decision can be established only in a judicial order. But we have to point out the obvious gaps in law enforcement practice,” wrote Titov.
