Last August in the capital market of new buildings was signed 4,99 thousands of contracts of share participation construction (DDU) — 12 percent less than in July, when the Muscovites scored 5.6 thousand such treaties. This is stated in the message published on the website of Rosreestr.
In comparison with the figure for August of 2018 the number of transactions in new housing in Moscow fell by almost a quarter, say analysts: the city for the month was signed by more than 6,6 thousand POS.
“In the primary market for nonresidential (commercial) real estate also recorded a decrease in the number of transactions in August, decorated 1.68 thousands of contracts equity — 15 percent less than in July (1.98 thousand POS), and 4 percent less than the same month in 2018”, — stated in the message.
Since the beginning of 2019 in the building was more than 57 thousand transactions with new housing, 22 percent more than in the first eight months of last year.
Earlier it became known that in August 2019, the volume of supply of affordable housing under construction in Moscow has exceeded one million square meters. It was the first time since March of 2018, when the total area represented in the sale of apartments economy and comfortclass also reached one million “squares”. Experts explain the increase in the volume of supply to lower demand.
