In Moscow the prices for apartments near metro stations open in 2019, for the year increased by 20 percent — more than the city average. This is stated in the materials of the service to search ads “Yandex. Estate”, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
Apartments on the secondary market, located at new stations rose in price even faster than the square meters in new buildings. As of 1 September 2019, the average cost of “square” in the heart of new stations amounted to 141 thousand rubles. The leader of the jump in the value of “secondary” metro Prokshino, where prices rose by 31 percent, to 157 thousand rubles.
In new buildings at the underground “square” for the year rose 20 percent to 126 thousand rubles on average. The highest growth was recorded on station, “alder”: plus 31 percent, 120 thousand rubles per square meter.
On Nekrasovskaya line prices grew not so quickly as in the South-West. Compared to the same period last year, “secondary housing” has risen by 21 percent. New buildings have increased in price 11 percent — almost as much as the average house in other parts of Moscow. Square meter in new buildings directly at the station “Nekrasovka” jumped in price from 90 thousand to 101 thousand rubles.
The average square meter of housing in Moscow new buildings at the present time is 182 thousand rubles. In the period from September 1, 2018 September 1, 2019, this figure increased by about 10 percent, according to “Yandex”.
Earlier in September it became known that the cheapest to buy an apartment within the Moscow ring road (MKAD) is located near the metro station “Zyablikovo”, “Krasnogvardeyskaya” and “Borisovo”. The average cost of “square” is approximately 144 thousand rubles.
