The head of the ultimate fighting championship (UFC) Dana white in Twitter account commented on the timing of the return to the octagon Irishman Conor McGregor.
White said that McGregor wants to fight on 14 December in Dublin, but on this day, the UFC plans to hold the tournament in Las Vegas. He noted that if the Irishman will not appear at the event in USA, you will be able to return to the octagon until early next year.
September 15, McGregor left a message on Twitter that his fans felt a hint of returning to the octagon. He wrote: “Dublin, December 14th.”
The last time the Irish held a match in October 2018. Then he lost to Russian Habib Nurmagomedov in a battle for the UFC belt in the lightweight division. It was also reported that UFC in the summer of 2019, the planned fight McGregor vs American Justin Gati, but the Irishman refused due to a hand injury.
