Lawyer Anatoly Kucherena, who agreed at the request of the people’s artist of Russia Konstantin Raikin to protect the interests of Pavla Ustinov, said that the decision of Moscow city court about the release of the 23-year-old actor a triumph of justice. “Justice has been done. All our arguments that the detention as a preventive measure is too severe a measure,” — said the lawyer, noting that the positive characteristics Ustinov had to consider in the court of first instance.
However, he noted that the court had concerns regarding the exemption Ustinov, but the final solution he is satisfied. “I think the decision fair and equitable,” concluded the driver.
In the future, will decide on the protection of Ustinov and the preparation of the appeal. According to the lawyer, he is busy making needed to release the actor from prison documents.
The Moscow city court released the actor on bail earlier, on September 20. Ustinov will be under the subscription until 23 September, when the Moscow city court plans to consider the complaint in his case. The decision was made at the request of the Prosecutor General.
