Rescued from the rubble in Magnitogorsk baby made the first steps

The child is 11 months old pulled from the rubble of a collapsed after a gas explosion at home in Magnitogorsk has made its first steps. About it reports “360”, citing the boy’s parents.

“He’s already running around like a normal child,” said his father, adding that the baby is communicating with his brother. Mother said that walking began at the beginning of October, but continue to drive to the doctor due to problems with his leg. He is undergoing rehabilitation, goes for a massage, physical therapy, and mechanotherapy, medical visits in Chelyabinsk and learning to talk.

Next year parents plan to send their children to kindergarten.

The boy was discharged from hospital on 14 February, two days before my birthday. He went to the doctors with a closed head injury, multiple fractures, frostbite and General hypothermia. Three weeks he spent in intensive care. There was a risk of a leg amputation, but doctors were able to save the damaged leg out of the way.

Rescuers found the baby and pulled him from the wreckage of the house in Magnitogorsk 30 hours after the collapse. All this time the child lying in the crib at 30-degree frost.

A gas explosion in a residential building in Magnitogorsk took place in the early morning of December 31, 2018. The rescue operation ended only on 3 January. As a result of collapse of part of the entrance killed 39 people. The investigation repeatedly rejected the version of the attack.
