The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and Minister of foreign Affairs of the Netherlands Stef Blok discussed cooperation in the case of the crash of the Malaysian airliner MH17 over the Donbas in the summer of 2014. About it reported in a press-service of the Ukrainian President, reports TASS.
In particular, the sides discussed the issues regarding the completion of the investigation and the trial on the case about the plane crash. In addition, they talked about the situation in the South-East of Ukraine and investment cooperation.
The Dutch Parliament initiated a further investigation on the case about the crash “Boeing” on 8 October. Investigators, in particular, plan to find out why Ukraine is not closed airspace, despite the fact that there was no fighting.
“Boeing-777” airline Malaysia Airlines, flying flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in the Donetsk region on July 17, 2014. On Board were 298 people, they all died. An international investigation team following the results of investigation named the accused in the case of the death of “Boeing”. It is the Russians Igor Girkin (Shooters), Mr Pulatov, Sergey Dubinsky and Ukrainian Leonid Kharchenko. All of them, according to investigators, are related to the displacement of the complex “Buk”, from which, presumably, was hit by a ship.
