The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky has called the publication of the transcript of his conversation with his American counterpart Donald trump “to undermine diplomatic relations.” He declared it on a press-conferences in Kiev, reports TASS.
Zelensky did not comment on the actions of the American side, saying that it could be regarded as interference in the election campaign trump. “I don’t have to evaluate the actions of another President who are governed by the laws of another state. But I think it (the publication of the transcript — approx. “Of the tape.ru”) is slightly undermines any diplomatic relations,” the President said.
Earlier than October 10, Zelensky said that the United States ‘ relationship with Ukraine are “tired”, a July phone conversation with trump could not affect them.
In September, the United States broke the scandal around phone conversations trump with Zelensky. It was the occasion to start procedure of impeachment against the American leader. On September 25 the White house released the transcript of the conversation. This decision was taken at the initiative of the trump. This was a response to the allegations of us lawmakers, who believe that the US President put pressure on Zelensky in the interests of his political campaign.
