Russia has no objection to the Syrian city of Kobani in Aleppo province entered the zone of the Turkish military operation. This was stated by President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Reuters reports.

Erdogan announced the beginning of military operations in Syria the day on 9 October. It was called “the Source of peace”. Its aim is the fight against the Kurdistan workers ‘ party (PKK, banned in Turkey as a terrorist) and the terrorist group “Islamic state” (banned in Russia), as well as the creation along the entire border of the security zone.
It is conducted jointly with units of the free Syrian army (FSA) — one of the largest unions of the armed Syrian groups.
Turkey considers terrorists representatives of the Syrian Kurdish “Democratic Union” (PYD) and the armed “people’s protection Units” (YPG). They control areas in Northern Syria, they have traditionally supported the US.
