The average cost of rent in major cities of Russia reached a five-year maximum. The cause of the phenomenon lies in the increase of prices for new and resale property in the country. This is stated in the materials of the company “Avito real Estate” (at the disposal “of the Tape.ru”).
The company calculated that by October 2019, the average rent of housing in the country has reached 16 thousand rubles per month. For the year prices rose in most major cities of the country as a one-bedroom and two – bedroom apartments, according to the study.
Greater of all risen in price “odnushki” in Irkutsk (13 percent), Omsk (10 percent) and Chelyabinsk (9 percent) regions. A marked decrease (minus 23 percent per year) was observed only in one region — Tyumen region.
Leaders of growth of prices for two-bedroom apartments were also in the Irkutsk, Omsk and Chelyabinsk region: 23 percent plus, 13 and 9 percent, respectively. The drop in the price of “kopeck piece” is marked in the Krasnodar territory (23 per cent) and Tyumen region (on 27%). Three-room apartments rose most notably in Voronezh (21.5%) and Sverdlovsk (27.5%) regions fell in the Krasnodar territory (32%), Crimea (28%) and Saratov region (23%).
Earlier in CYANOGEN, in contrast, reported a decline in rental rates in the Russian million cities: on average, as analysts of the company, the apartment owners are willing to give tenants up to 1.5 thousand rubles rates relative to September 2019.
