In Germany, arrested members of an organized criminal group (OCG) from Belarus involved in the theft of goods from trucks. About it reports Deutsche Welle with reference to the press release of the European police Agency.
Four members of the gang, including its leader, were caught red-handed on October 10. During the arrest they seized the truck with the stolen TV.
The gang consisted of at least six citizens of Belarus. They stole goods from trucks in Parking lots and rest areas along the highways. Mostly the gang was operating in Lower Saxony, but also aware of her involvement in similar crimes in France. At the disposal of grouping there were several cars and trucks to transport the stolen goods to other countries.
Investigating a series of thefts began in December of last year and continues to this day. In the operation to capture the suspects involved law enforcement agencies of Germany and France, as well as representatives of authorities of the Czech Republic and Europol.
