The Central part of Russia will be in the transition zone between Arctic and tropical air masses, the message reads “Phobos”. In Moscow will go a little rain. Monday, 4 November, the temperature in the capital will be 10 degrees and 5 November may reach 13 degrees. In the next two days it will drop to 8-9 degrees.
The Meteorologist noted that on Tuesday in the capital is expected to be around 12-14 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature on November 5 were recorded in 1922 and 2013 is 10.3 degrees. Because very high probability of establishing a new record, specialists say. In the remaining days of the week in the capital region there is no appreciable frost, sometimes there will be precipitation, mostly as rain, added the Meteorologist.
Previously, the physician Victor Lichine warned that the anomalous heat can negatively affect the health of Russians. Pressure differences will cause headache, weakness, heaviness in the legs. Chief cardiologist of Moscow Elena Vasilieva said that weather sensitivity is not scientifically proven.
