In the Russian school curriculum proposed to introduce classes on drawing up of complaints against violators of laws, such as bribes. With the corresponding proposal to the Minister of education of Russia Olga Vasilyeva asked the Deputy of legislative Assembly of Leningrad region Vladimir Petrov, RIA Novosti reported.
According to Petrov, the students should obtain basic skills life communication, and understanding of the structure of the state and society as a whole. He believes that Teens who are educated are often unable to protect their rights and interests, while having “of abstract knowledge in geometry, earth Sciences, or astronomy.” In this regard, he asked me to enter the subjects or lessons that teach children “correct observance of laws, entrepreneurship, business correspondence, and protection of their interests in the realities of the capitalist state paradigm”.
Petrov is sure that children should be able to correctly make a complaint, to write statements and “report a violation of the law other persons” as “on the education of civic consciousness based national well-being towards which the whole country”.
The MP stressed that the students should be able to report bribery, violation of the laws, the rights of other citizens. As an example he cited corruption in the admission to universities — if “with this applicant will require a “paw”, he is not confused and will be able to protect their right to education”, said Petrov.
Earlier it was reported that in 2018 the European court of human rights (ECHR) arrived 12.15 thousands of complaints from Russia. Overall, Russia remains the largest supplier of applications to the ECtHR. Just before the court last year were more than 56 thousand cases.
