The head of the FSB of Russia Alexander Bortnikov concerned about the return to Russia of the relatives of militants from the Middle East. On Thursday, November 7, RIA Novosti reported.
According to Bortnikov, about two thousand of relatives of terrorists returning to Russia can start terrorist activities.
He added that the militants were planning to move to the CIS, and the activity supporters of the banned international terrorist organization “Islamic state” in Afghanistan continues to grow.
Bortnikov stressed that Western countries actively undermine the internal situation in the CIS countries, acting through non-governmental organizations.
Earlier the Director of FSB of Russia Alexander Bortnikov said that the US shared data on the preparing on the territory of Russia attacks. According to him, the country continues to support the bilateral exchange of information on impending terrorist attacks, and also help each other in the investigation of past attacks.
