16.3% of respondents do not know what medications they should receive at the hospital free of charge. 35 percent said that they are ready to defend their rights and to know whether they demanded money in a health facility.
The survey was conducted from August to September in eight Federal districts of Russia. It was attended by 1,600 respondents aged 18 to 65 years.

Chairman of the HIF Natalia stadchenko recalled that in 2019 there is a step-by-step regulation of maintenance of citizens with insurance — company representatives are obliged to inform and consult patients. HIF noted that all the available OMC services are listed in the program of state guarantees.
