By the end of October 2019, the average price of primary housing in borders “old Moscow” (excluding connected territories) amounted to 211 thousand rubles per square meter, it follows from the materials of Agency “MIEL-new”, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
Per month price index increased by 0.1 percent and for the year from October 2018 — nearly 4 percent, analysts estimated. “Square” in new buildings of economy class over the past October fell by one percent, up to 137,7 thousand rubles. In comfortclass price per month has not changed (174,5 thousand rubles per square meter), in business class recorded a decrease in the average cost of 0.3 percent of 245.7 thousand rubles per square meter.
According to experts, the most — by nearly half a percent for October rose housing under construction in the Severny district of Moscow. The largest decrease in prices was observed in the Western district by more than five percent. The most expensive apartments in the capital are still available to buyers in the city centre, where the average cost of “square” is equal to 563,5 thousand rubles. In second place for the Northern district (250 thousand rubles per square meter). The cheapest homes sold in Zelenograd (128,5 thousand rubles per square meter).
Earlier in November it became known that the Russian capital takes the first place in rating of Russian regions on rates of growth of volumes of housing construction. For the period from January to September 2019 in Moscow was built twice as many apartments than in the same period of 2018: 3.6 million vs. 1.8 million square meters.
