Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan personally back the American leader is Donald Trump a letter in which he urged Erdogan “not to be a fool”. About this Turkish head said at a joint press conference with trump, reports Bloomberg.
Erdogan admitted that he was upset by the letter. In particular, the President of Turkey upset that the United States collaborated with the Kurdish military leader Mazloom Kobani, what trump has mentioned in the letter. Erdogan called Kobani a terrorist and said he was guilty in the deaths of hundreds of Turkish citizens.
On 16 October it became known that trump has sent Erdogan a letter in the first day of the Turkish military operation in Syria. In it, he called Turkish counterpart “not to be a fool” and “not to let the whole world”.
Later it was reported that Erdogan had ignored a letter trump and threw it away.
