As the newspaper notes, in the statement of claim Tkachenko pointed not only conditional, but the real number of the military unit in which he served. Thus he violated the Federal law “On state secrets”, as well as the departmental manual of the FSB. For violation of major reprimanded, which he also agreed. He referred to the fact that he did not know about the prohibition to provide information about the number of parts in the complaints addressed to state authorities, but later partially disproved his words.
To sue the employer major began in 2018. According to his statement, the command owes him for processing output 61. At trial, the FSB explained that the requirements Tkachenko had been granted, after which the officer withdrew the suit.
In September, an officer from military unit in Khabarovsk was fined 20 thousand rubles for the disclosure of state secrets. District military court found the employee guilty that he was attracted to working with topographic maps colleagues who have not had access to classified information.
