This fact came to light during a meeting in the Annunciation city court, which in relation to Yermolov was a question about the further measure of restraint. Responding to the judge’s question, he confirmed that he has a conviction for a particularly serious crime.
A security guard pleaded not guilty. He said that during the incident acted according to the instructions — “called Ministry, the people came, sent over a corner, guarded the entrance, and then called the Director and said” about the incident.
In the end, the court adjourned until November 19 to consider the remand Ermolov. The judge agreed with the arguments of the Prosecutor that the investigation has gathered enough materials to detention.
Yermolov charged under the criminal code article “Execution of works or services that do not meet the requirements of safety, entailed on imprudence death of two or more persons.” According to investigators, he admitted in the College building 19-year-old student who carried a shotgun and started shooting. In addition, according to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the man did not have permission to security activities.
19-year-old Daniel Zasorin came to the College on the morning of November 14 with the pump gun IZH-81 hidden under outerwear. He went into the audience and opened fire on classmates. As a result one person was killed and three were injured. During a shootout with police Zasorin was wounded and hiding in one of the classrooms, the shooter committed suicide. Upon the incident criminal case about the murder, negligence and rendering services not meeting safety requirements.
