The state Duma adopted a government bill to establish incentive payments to health workers for the detection of cancer during annual checkups and preventive examinations. This was reported on the website of the lower house of Parliament on Tuesday, November 19.
In the next two years funds for this purpose will arrive in territorial funds OMS. The size of payments will determine the Russian government.
In addition, the law establishes that the costs of high-tech care that is not included in the basic CHI program, will be financed not from the funds of the insurance Fund, but directly from the Federal budget.
In the framework of the national project “Health”, implementation of which is planned for 2024, to fight cancer will be spent 969 billion rubles. The aim of the programme is to reduce mortality from malignant neoplasms.
