Since last fall the greatest increase in the cost of secondary housing in Moscow were recorded in the district Fili-Davydkovo: square meter rose by more than 16 percent, to the materials of the Agency “INKOM-real Estate”, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
In October of 2018 “square” in the Fili-Davydkovo was 220 thousand rubles, a year later — more than 256 thousand rubles, analysts estimated. The dramatic dynamics, they explain the fact that the district build a lot of housing business class, which eventually goes to the secondary market, causing an increase in the average price indices.
The five areas where “secondary” for the year rose significantly, also includes: Western Degunino (plus 16 percent), Nizhny Novgorod, Dmitrov and Golovinsky (all three square meter has risen in price for 15 percent).
