Russia gave North Korea an updated action plan to resolve the situation on the Korean Peninsula, and then pass it on to other partners, said the Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. About it reports “Interfax”.
“The current version of the action plan was handed over to North Korea and will be transferred soon to the rest of our partners”, — quotes Agency the words of the diplomat. Lavrov noted that the plan includes adjustments that were received from other participants in the six-party talks on the Korean question.
The Minister also pointed out that at the moment the United States took the position that does not allow to resolve the problems. “The DPRK considers that they have already done a lot of specific things that deserve a counter-reaction. The American side believes that they need all at once, and then they will think how to encourage North Korea. I think it’s clear that it does not happen, and so will not succeed”, — he said.
November 18, North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN visited scientists of the air force and stressed that his army needs to conduct exercises, without warning, and always be ready for war.
Earlier, the Chairman of the Supreme people’s Assembly of the DPRK Pak Tae Seong said that the US and South Korea irritate Pyongyang by its actions. According to him, North Korea is promoting a peace agenda and trying to put an end to threats of war on the Korean Peninsula.
