The region with the lowest tax rate for passenger car was Zabaykalsky Krai. This is stated in the study by audit and consulting international network FinExpertiza (a copy is in the possession “of the Tape.ru”).
So, car owners in Zabaykalsky Krai the average pay 1 427 rubles per year. A little more for a car give the inhabitants of the Republic Ingushetia — 1 478 rubles. In third place — the Altai Republic (1 582 rubles), the fourth — the Republic of Tyva (1 600 rubles). The top five Republic of Crimea — 1 660 rubles.
The highest average motor vehicle tax recorded in Moscow (6 803 rubles), St. Petersburg (5 589 rubles), Kamchatka Krai (4 972 rubles), Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous district (4 909 rubles) and Moscow region (4 476 roubles).
The national average car owners have to pay 3 006 rubles to 2 December 2019. It is noted that compared to last tax period, the average size of the transport tax on cars rose by 2.3 percent.
