The staff of the draft Board of the College in Blagoveshchensk knew about the suicidal 19-year-old student who did the shooting. The Commission did not warn the school. This was announced by Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Igor Tkachev, reports RIA Novosti.
Tkachev noted that the draft Commission referred to the departmental instructions that are prohibited to disclose such information. Military prosecutors will check including the work of the military commissariats.
It is noted that the Prosecutor’s office of the Amur region has claims to the regional government because of the quality of the education and training of psychologists. The office also found violations of rights by private security firms — to take to work people without qualifications and proper training. Tkachev added that the Prosecutor’s office has claims to the authorities, including Regardie.
Shooting in the Annunciation College occurred on the morning of November 14. 19-year-old Daniel Zasorin went into the audience of an educational institution and opened fire on classmates from the shotgun of the IZH-81. One person died, three were injured. He Zasorin committed suicide. The family of the deceased and injured received payments from the government of the Amur region. The total amount of compensation amounted to 2.5 million rubles.
After the incident opened a criminal case about the murder, negligence and rendering services not meeting safety requirements. Arrest of an employee of a private security company (PSC) “Sirius-a”, who was convicted of a particularly serious crime. According to investigators, he admitted in the College building a student with a gun.
